I am a member of the American Massage Therapy Association and  a graduate of Heritage College with an Associates Degree in Occupational Therapeutic Massage .  

I earned additional certifications in Prenatal Massage and Reflexology and am a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Association of Sports Medicine. 

I have worked at Chiropractic offices throughout the Lakewood and Golden community, treating clients with chronic pain, injury and repetitive stress disorders, in addition to treating those needing massage for prevention, wellness and stress relief.

I live in Golden with my 3 amazing children Brianna, Noah and Taya.
